mushroom farm with a focus on producing high quality gourmet
mushrooms year-round under controlled conditions. We supply
restaurants, food service companies and retail stores. We also handle a
full line of wild-crafted mushrooms like morels and chanterelles when in

We offer mushroom growing kits, which provide the opportunity to grow
mushrooms at home or with our special teacher package, in the
